Trusted by hundreds of customers. Millions of API requests served each month...

Once you reaches your monthly quota, you'll be charged $0.9 per 1000 requests (media processing requests are always free for the Enterprise plan). We'll notify you by email when at 90% of your monthly quota.

You can request a plan upgrade or connect your AWS S3 bucket to be used as the primary data store for your media assets. Otherwise, oldest files are erased first in order to free up some spaces for your new files.

Processing media assets is a heavy task that require a lot of computing resources under the hood. PixLab prefer to focus on its serious customers base, offering high quality services rather than giving free plans to the masses. We do offer however seven days free trial period if you want to try out the PixLab API before committing to an adequate plan.

The seven days trial period is given away for free if you want to try out the PixLab API before committing to an adequate plan. We do however impose a limit of 500 ~ 1K analysis calls during that period and we'll proceed to charging the customer after passing the quota limit unless the trial is explicitly cancelled. We'll also cancel any suspicious user trying to abuse the offer.

Not on standard plans. But, critical businesses can negotiate an SLA with Symisc Systems, contact support@pixlab.io for additional information.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

We do not store your credit card details or even know anything about them. Subscription is handled by our merchant of record Paddle which is PCI compliant and a platform of trust. Needless to say, you can use PayPal if you feel uncomfortable.

If for some reason, you are not satisfied with the service, you can fill a subscription cancellation request from the support tab of your dashboard and we'll proceed to the cancellation in the next 72 hours. Note that no refunds will be issued for any unused services (i.e. API consumption).

For side projects and/or moderate traffic apps, the Starter plan is great to start developing with the PixLab API. For serious applications, consider using the Prod or Team plan depending on the size of your project and/or the traffic that your app generate. Critical applications should rely on the Enterprise plan which feet their needs.

If you already connected your own AWS S3 bucket from the PixLab Console, then any processed media assets is automatically stored only on your own S3 bucket. This is what most serious customers prefer to do. Other than that, all media assets are stored on the pixlab.xyz storage cluster (See the bullet below).

pixlab.xyz is the storage cluster and content delivery network (CDN) behind pixlab.io.

Currently no, but we reserve the right to defend our infrastructure from bandwidth abuse. In which case, any suspicious media asset shall be immediately removed without further notification. Also, if you cancel or we suspend your account, we reserve the right to remove any media files stored within our infrastructure.

Sure, you can upgrade your current plan to match your growing needs from the PixLab Console

Downgrading is also possible but require you to submit a subscription management ticket from the support tab of the the PixLab Console.

We have a professional, highly dedicated support for our customers. We generally respond to any queries within 48 hours and aim to resolve issues within 3 working days. We also have a growing users community on Quora & Github. Visit our community support page for additional information.

[1]: Unless you set your own AWS S3 Keys. In which case, no storage limit nor PixLab CDN shall be imposed. With this feature enabled, you have full control over your processed media files. Refer to your dashboard on how to do that.
